Our Rates
- Rental commission: Rent amount excluding charges + VAT, payable 50/50 by tenant and landlord
- Sale commission, payable by the seller: max: 3% of the sale price + VAT for an exclusive mandate and max. 4% of the sale price + VAT for a non-exclusive mandate
- Basic estimation: Free in case of rental or sale
- Asset management: Personalized offer on request
- Other services: Personalized offer on request
